Hover and focus borrowed the selected look, and a tap leaves both on the
pill on a phone, so a gym closure day tapped off still looked closed.
Emphasis moves to CSS, limited to (hover: hover) and :focus-visible, and
is border and halo only; the green fill alone means selected.

A gamma curve on the relief filter's lighting deepens the shadow-side
bevel only; flat interiors and lit edges sit at 1 and are unchanged, so
the worked-muscle colours keep their theme values.

Search replies are now tagged with their debounce counter and stale ones
dropped; autocorrect's burst of queries let an older empty reply land
last and close the dropdown. Settings replies no longer reset the search
unless vegan mode or the scoring system actually changed.
