docs(uproot-frontend): style conformity guide and audit ... ae6f827d3b

Add STYLE_CONFORMITY.md, the visual ownership rules and the audit of
remaining non-conformity, and link it from ARCHITECTURE.md.

style(enaychi): custom food popover conformity ... 86e74301b5

- Saved foods, food group, aisle and NOVA group are B-type
  Components.Dropdowns; delete moves to the dialog footer.
- Vegan-compatible and diet checkboxes become Ui.Pill toggles.
- Inputs take the Ui.SearchField frame; nutrient fields are label +
  fixed-width value, one column on compact screens.
- Template results use Chrome.resultRow; raw colours removed.
- Editor sections use Ui.Accordion (shared by all three custom
  editors).
