Plans share like food collections: copy a plan's UUID from the planner
search results, import it from the upload button beside the planner
search bar. Import inserts an independent snapshot of the stored plan
(never recurring, renamed on a name clash); loads still come from the
importer's own history on read. The sharer's progression rules for the
plan's exercises come back with the import and are adopted only where
the importer has no rule.
